New Feature - Sort and Compare Happy Hours by Day!

I'm totally stoked to announce that we have now added the new feature "Sort by Day" so that you can bring up a list of all the happy hours for a particular day of the week. This way you can quickly compare and see all the happy hour information for a particular day!
You can also filter the table by selecting one or more tags. This way you can sort by the location as well as other attributes of the bar!

New Look And Some House Cleaning

We've been working behind the scenes quite a bit here... Well not that much really. But we have been working nonetheless!

Most notable is our new theme; we believe this theme streamlines the site and allows for a better layout to enable a more effective delivery of information. A few other things have been cleaned up as well. We have been experiencing some weird issues with the Bar Directory page, so we combined that with the Bar Location page which allows for users to search through all the bars by zip code and/or keyword. The old Bar Directory style has been moved off to the side if someone still wishes to use that.

Soon we will start proactively seeking out bar owners to post their happy hours so that we can add new bars in our existing areas and extend our coverage into a larger area.

The Bar Map is up, Gerard joins the 21st century

As we have continued to try to keep pushing forward in the features and usability of the website. I am totally excited to announce that we have just rolled out the early functionality of the Happy Hour Maps. For now, the Maps will only consist of a single “master map” consisting of all the bars that we have. Soon the maps will be tailored to specific geographic areas so that you can easily see what bars are there without having to move around and manipulating the map too much.

Also big news for us, Gerard has FINALLY gotten a computer! This might not seem like big news to everyone, however I think it is a little important for someone working on a web startup to actually own a computer. Now I just have to get him caught up on what he has missed in the last 3 years that he hasn’t had a computer.

We have been having problems with the mobile version of the website: http://thehhh.mobi

For some reason the mobile version has been loading instead of the regular version in some places. We think it's a caching issue, we hope to have it resolved soon.

Trouble With Maps

UPDATE: 3-26-08 FIXED

The Bar Map is having "issues."

By issues I mean that it's not working. The normal behavior of the map is that when a bar marker is clicked it will show the bar information. However now, whenever a marker is clicked, the map re-centers on the Middle East.

As you can see, we have some "issues." Hopefully I'll get it figured out, but for now I'm going to have to get some sleep b/c I'm exhausted.
